A pub/hotel at the bottom of Queen St, Baildon.

The Queens and The Junction Pub were built in 19th Century about the same time as the houses in Woodbottom (now mostly pulled down. 1970.). The houses were built by families called:- Oddy, Gill, Robinson and Wildman. Gill built the Queens Hotel, and Wildman built the Junction Hotel.[1]

1863 - The Jones Merchantile Directory of Bradford, 1863, page 113, lists William Gill as Beer Retailer, Baildon Woodbottom.

1870 - White's Directory 1870 lists William Gill at Queens Hotel

2008 - The Queens is closed, see photo.

2009 - the building is now used as Amore restaurant, see photo.

2012 - the building is now used as San Angelo's Italian restaurant, see photo from 2018.
