Joseph Bailey Jennings
It is not sure that all these are references to the same J B Jennings. The dates and ages are OK and the 2 addresses, 14 Browgate and Clarke House Farm, both have Joseph Bailey Jennings and George Thomas Jennings. However being buried in 1932 but only having the estate auctioned in 1948 is a bit of a delay.
Born 1862. 49 in 1911 Census. 70 when buried in 1932.

15 March 1892 - Mr Joseph Jennings ordered to remove his pigs from Manor Fold.[1]
The 1911 Census has at 14 Browgate - Jos B (49), George Thos (26) & Harry Jennings. Head, son & son. All butchers. Plus Martha Ann (54) wife and Mary Alice (16) daughter. This is the only J B Jennings in the Baildon Census for 1911.
A pony belonging to Mr J B Jennings of Clarke House Farm, Baildon, was struck by lightning and killed.[2]
1919 Electoral Register has Joseph Bailey Jennings at 12 Browgate with the qualification as Occupation. It also has Joseph Bailey, George Thomas and Martha Ann at Clarke House with qualification as Residents.
Joseph Bailey Jennings was Chair of Baildon Urban District Council from 1921-1922.[3]
1926 Electoral Registers and several years, list Joseph Bailey Jennings as residing at Clarke House Farm with George Thomas Jennings.
J B Jennings of Clarke House was buried in Baildon July 12 1932 aged 70 [4]
According to adverts in the Baildon Carnival Handbooks Mr J B Jennings & Sons were high class butchers at 14 Browgate in the late 1920s.
According to this note in the Shipley Times and Express of 11 Feb 1948 he was also a property owner.
